The reverse is full satin GEM and maybe even MS66, the obverse has a GEM look with just faint contact that shows up when you tilt the coin around. The spread between MS64 and MS65 is a whopping $250 ! Worth a good shot with ICCS. Premium quality for this coin standing at Gem's threshold. A nice coin for the REGISTRY.
