A very choice United States 10 cent piece from 1901. Pictures do not do justice for this coin. In hand this coin is an amazing black & white Glass proof. Mark free with only the very slightest of hairlines. I cannot understand the super strict grading standards regarding Barber coinage in proof. Anyways, this coin turns heads. This is a PRISTINE FRESH COIN , looks better in person. Very PQ.

All the coins from this set are from Philly. No " D " mint marks. The old owner of these coins wrote the mintages on the cardboard. All the coins are spectacular except one dime, which needs to be dipped. The pennies, half dollars, nickels and quarters all have great eye appeal and toning. Grades for these coins should be MS64 to MS67 + . A nice old set. At least half of these coins should be sent into NGC or PCGS for serious grading.
