Please read the information below, as you agree to the conditions upon buying an item.

1. All items are considered unique, and are available on a first-come, first-served basis via email. Act fast on an item that you are interested in, since all items are subject to possible prior sale. Once a confirmation email has been issued, the item is considered sold and will be held for up to 14 days for payment. Ask as many questions as possible about an item before buying to ensure it meets your needs and standards. Understand that most of the time we are dealing with items that have changed hands many times before. Most items are considered used , but we still obtain mint in the box material as well.

2. Preferred payment currencies are US $ and CDN $. Other funds may be accepted at the NAC's discretion, and are possibly subject to a processing fee.

3. Items are marked in either US or CDN dollar amounts. Canadian coins are priced in CDN dollars, while most other items, including hockey cards, are priced in US dollars & sometimes CDN Dollars.

4. Money Orders, Drafts or Cashiers Cheques are the preferred method of payment: Bank Wires, Western Union, and Pink International Postal Money Orders (if paying from the USA to Canada) are accepted. Personal cheques up to $100 are accepted subject to clearing. personal cheques of greater amounts accepted with established clients. References from other antique sites may entitle you to a fast-track personal cheque payment. While credit cards are not accepted, credit card purchase cheques and LOC cheques are accepted subject to clearing. Paypal can be considered for payment depending on the amount and where the item is going. I am not a registered Paypal merchant however.

5. Payment is expected within 14 days; late payments might be rejected.

5(A) We do NOT use Global Intermediate Shipping partners of any sort. Ask us why sometime.

6. Insurance is mandatory on all eligible items. Coins and intrinsic are currently sent registered mail or equivalent at your own risk. Pottery and glass can be insured through a third party shipping broker. ITEMS OVER $2,500 are sent by courier. ******

7. Items will be sent at your own risk to: Caribbean, South America, Italy, Greece, Spain , Eastern Europe, Middle East, Africa, Russia, East Asia.

8. Large items, glass, pottery, very heavy items, and fishing rods are subject to reasonable handling and packing fees.

9. Email invoice will clearly show price, shipping/handling, and insurance (if applicable).

10. Please note that shipping rates from Canada to the USA are higher than within the USA only.

11. Shipping and insurance rates are subject to changes without notice.

12. NEW *** November , 2010. Any and all items sold for their intrinsic metallic weight + /- 2.50 % ; usually gold or silver, will be treated as a bullion sale and are non-refundable for any reason , due to the volatility of precious metals prices .

13. Returns will be considered on an individual basis. Any item described incorrectly can be refunded in full for the purchase price and shipping after approval. Certified coins or sports cards cannot be returned. Items accepted for return without good reason are subjected to a 25% restocking fee as well as no refund of return shipping.
