Double marked sterling , one on the back weighted ball tag and the other on the makers tag. Also marked " RoTwi " , which I believe was a conglomerate silver manufacturer much like Exbor Glass in eastern union. Designers came and went as styles changed. Also worthy to note is that the silver flanges alternate in plain pattern and also a very intricate guilloched pattern, giving the necklace a very striking effect.
