Condition is outstanding only showing very light usage for its' age. Designed by Harald Neilson. A most dapper art deco design from Georg Jensen. With the pyramid pattern some items were continued on after the war while other items were discontinued as soon as sales dropped off. The bottle opener was probably grandfathered into their replacement array s this piece comes with markings into the 1950's. This piece is however of the period and worth a little more to collectors. Shows to the 10's in terms of electric art deco design. The slots were designed to hold 200 foot small boxes containing 8mm movie film. There are 12 slot positions of various widths from largest to smallest at the top. An EXTREMELY rare offering for the art deco enthusiast. Belongs in a museum for its' sheer beauty, colour and shape. The stopper is original and a pale blue colour. The design on the stopper is a 4 pointed molded star , which matches the 4 black molded points on the bottom of the jug. The top handle is clear hand applied glass. Though one might think that this is Tiffin glass, it doesn't appear so. It is black amethyst glass and of the art deco period, and much deservedly so rarer than the Tiffin wares of the same time period. Very high quality . RARE. Price: $100.00 USD

Measures 5 1/2 ' by 5 1/2 ' by 3 1/4 " wide. has normal wearing but nothing that constitutes damages. Incorporates glass egg yolk eyes. A cute piece on its' own and quite rare.
