What is amazing about this item is that it still has the Ames department store label still stuck on the bottom. Bearing this in mind, Ames, non defunct and bankrupt for many years now , was a clearing house for many other stores products , many of which were of higher class and high quality. This vase certainly fits the bill. Has robust sheen and is very heavy. If you collect the 1960's , this vase certainly has the look....and the affordable price ! Price: $39.00 USD

This piece is the smaller version of the larger triangular ashtray. I like this one better as it is more compact and doesn't take up as much room. Until today I never knew that there were large and small sizes of the same item such as this. Vibrant sparkle swirls resembling galaxies discovered with telescopes. Extremely popular with collectors. Moretti , A VeM , Seguso, Cendese , Venini and Fratelli Toso all designed different styles of apples. This control bubble apple probably dates to 1965 , the control bubbles alternate in size. It is good quality work The green colour is wonderful. This is the first type of Murano apple in this style I have come across. I have seen other control bubble apples in different colours, but not many. Not easy to come across. Offers considered. Price: $200.00 CDN

Production numbering on prints and art can be really open for speculation depending on who the artist is. Anyways , this is a PERIOD piece and is worthy of museum status. could use a little cleanup of gunged up old brasso over the years. This piece has been sitting in a basement for over 45 years from the same past owner. Could use further research. Offered at what really could be a bargain price. RARE. Price: $2250.00 USD

They are stamped 925 with a hallmark depicting a mountain or a cap or volcano . They measure 1 1/4 " inches in diameter. Possibly made with hammered american silver quarters, however they are only 0.900 fine silver. Canadian & British coins of the older type are sterling however. These have lots of age to them, the earring back clips are newer. Possibly dates to around 1930 , 1940. Price: $39.00 USD
