These knives are considered the finest in cutlery but I am sure that will receive lots of competition & debate nowadays. This knife is used but not abused. Needs to be resharpened. Cutco has a lifetime guarantee on their knives and will resharpen them professionally for free. There is an office about 55 miles away from my office so if you need it resharpened before purchasing there will be a sharpening charge due to transportation. ( even if you send it away for free sharpening you have to include returrn postage ). This popular knife still trades today in the $30 - $100 range, however the lows and the highs are not very realistic. No sheath included as this is how the knife was obtained. Back in the Victorian Era they were profilic makers of brass gun powder flasks , silver plated items, sterling, taps and faucets and other assorted hunting items . They were practically a specialized department store. This hunters brandy flask is made of mold blown flint glass, covered half in basket weave willow while the bottom half is covered in a molded pewter cup. The top is a threaded cap in hard alloy pewter. Measures 6 " high and is 3 " wide. Despite the hundreds of powder flasks that exist on the market today, this is the only drink flask that I have handled or seen . Rare as such. Price: $155.00 USD
