A small directional tick near the mouth might be the culprit , but all other aspects of the coin exceed and compensate the coin to a gem value grade. Anyways, call it a very nice originally toned MS64 , way closer to a 65 than a 64 however. It appears that NGC is very hard on the 1937 date of Canadian coins , which appear more in mint state being the first year of the moose series. I know that it is actually a caribou, but why not change the coin to a moose now ? Price: $165.00 CDN

This coin was pregraded by myself as a MS65 as well as from the dealer . Nice flawless fields and dancing fresh lustre. The extreme back of Georges neck has a faint belt drop from another coin, which in reality shouldn't drop the coin out of gem category, since without this micro blemish the coin would be asking for a 66 grade.
